Men’s tennis cruises past Roanoke in ODAC play

DANVILLE, Va. — Averett University men’s tennis cruised past Old Dominion Athletic Conference foe Roanoke College 8-1 on Sunday at the Averett Tennis Courts. Averett (4-7, 3-2 ODAC) won two of the three doubles matches, only losing No. 1 doubles. At the No. 2 spot, sophomore Sam Egui and freshman Alex Rudy won 8-2, while the duo of senior Philipp Bohnenkamp and sophomore Prabjeet Chandhok won 8-3 at No. 3 doubles.
