No. 3 Petrels run away with Camp Lejeune title

JACKSONVILLE, N.C.—Michael O’Sullivan finished at the top of the individual leaderboard, and the No. 3 Oglethorpe men’s golf team extended its lead on the way to victory at the 51st annual Camp Lejeune Marine Intercollegiate Sunday at Paradise Point Golf Club. Oglethorpe won the title with scores of 286-282-293, finishing as the only team under par at 3 under. It marked the second straight team title for the Stormy Petrels as they took the top spot against 30 elite teams two weeks ago at Jekyll Island. This week’s field was 20 more elite teams.
