Offense shines in Linfield’s road win over Puget Sound
TACOMA, Wash. – Gabby Crist and Star Pfleiger each tallied four goals apiece as Linfield won decisively over Puget Sound 17-7 at Baker Stadium on Sunday afternoon. The Wildcats put up 46 shots compared to 19 for the Loggers. Savannah Irwin added three goals while Maya Wright and Maizri Chandler each chipped in two. Irwin led the ‘Cats defense with six caused turnovers. Tenley Hodge totaled two saves. Cat Schilli led the Loggers (2-7, 1-5 NWC) offense with four goals.
