PREP BASEBALL: Errors doom North Port at CoolToday

VENICE — The bright lights of CoolToday Park must have been blinding for the North Port baseball team Saturday night after the errors started coming. North Port opened with a first-inning lead over Cardinal Mooney in the Mizuno Classic, but soon found itself in danger of being run-ruled as it committed seven errors on the way to a 16-8 loss to the Cougars.
