Softball Drops Two Close Games to Roanoke

LYNCHBURG, Va.- The Randolph softball team hosted Roanoke in an ODAC doubleheader on Sunday afternoon. Both games were close as the Maroons won by scores of 3-1 and 3-2. Randolph’s record stands at 6-16 overall and 2-6 in the conference. In the first game, Roanoke struck first with a run in the first inning. The WildCats would tie it up in the fourth inning on a Lexi Hawkins’ (Lynchburg, Va./Liberty Christian) RBI sac bunt.
