MONMOUTH, Ore. --- The Western Oregon softball team dropped both games of a doubleheader against Saint Martin's, 2-0 and 4-3, on Sunday at WOU Softball Field. In game one, the Wolves (18-17 overall, 6-6 GNAC) fell behind 2-0 in the first inning against the Saints (20-15, 11-5), but got close to striking back in the third after loading the bases thanks to Maddie Doig's hard-hit single to center followed by a walk and a hit-by-pitch.
