WORLEY BREAKS 100 METER PROGRAM RECORD
RESULTS (LA JOLLA, Calif.) For the first time in 32 years, PLNU Track & Field has a new 100-meter program record holder. Madelynn Worley broke the Point Loma record at the UCSD Triton Invite on Saturday, running a time of 11.94 seconds. In a race filled with NCAA Division I athletes, Worley finished eighth out of 59 runners, becoming the only Sea Lion ever to break 12 seconds in the event.
