Baseball drops midweek meeting to Central Oklahoma
EDMOND, Okla. -- Northeastern State struggled to find a rhythm offensively, limited to two hits in a 2-1 Tuesday loss to #19 Central Oklahoma at Wendell Simmons Field. The matchup saw UCO pitcher Dax Sharp throw six innings and receive no earned runs tagged against him. For the first 5.1 innings, Sharp did not surrender a base hit to the RiverHawks, though the no-hit attempt was broken up by Matt Kaiser in the sixth.
