Following a strong career at East Coweta High School in Georgia, Youngblood took his talents to Kennesaw State, emerging as an immediate offensive weapon for the Owls while averaging 12 points or better in each of his first three seasons, and shooting over 40% from deep in his sophomore and junior years.
Youngblood helped lead Kennesaw State to an ASUN championship and a near upset of Xavier in the first round of the 2023 NCAA Tournament before transferring to South Florida last offseason. In 2023-24, the 6-foot-4, 220-pound guard had a career year, averaging 15.2 points, 2.5 rebounds and 2.1 assists while shooting 45.8% from the field and 41.6% from 3-point range for the Bulls.
The talented guard has proven to be a valuable offensive weapon in the backcourt which could lead to an opportunity with a high-major program for his final season of college basketball. Here are five potential landing spots for Youngblood after entering the portal.
