Hart, Jordan Collect MEAC Weekly Accolades

NORFOLK, Va. (April 9, 2024) – The Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) unveiled its softball weekly accolades where Howard University saw a pair of Bison recognized for their incredible performances in Dover, Del. The announcement came Tuesday. Sophomore Maryn Jordan (San Diego) earned her MEAC Co-Player of the Week while freshman Merci Hart (Los Angeles) claimed the league's Rookie of the Week. In the season sweep at Delaware State (April 6-7), Jordan batted .818 (9-of-11) with five runs scored, four RBIs, two doubles and a walk.
