Knust Named USA Lacrosse Magazine’s National Player of the Week

ITHACA, N.Y. -- In addition to being named Ivy League Defensive Player of the Week, Cornell men's lacrosse goalkeeper Wyatt Knust was named the Division I Player of the Week by USA Lacrosse magazine. The honor is the first of Knust's career. The senior netminder posted a .750 save percentage in both of his appearances last weekend. Subbing into the game against #4/#4 Syracuse at halftime, Knust helped turn the tide for the Big Red, allowing just three goals and tallying nine saves.
