Lacrosse Tripped Up By Greensboro

SWEET BRIAR, Va. – The Sweet Briar College lacrosse team (2-8) was tripped up by the Greensboro College Pride (1-10, 0-5 USA South) this evening, falling by a score of 15-13. The Vixens struck first only a little over a minute in as junior Trista Cleaves (Millville, N.J.) found the back of the net off a pass from fellow junior Valen Foster (Bushwood, Md.). The team went on to score two more goals in the span of two minutes later in the first quarter as Foster and sophomore Victoria Schofield (Towson, Md.) both go their names on the scoresheet. Tallies…
