Lakers take Fifth at UNG Match Play Event

HOMER, GA. – The GVSU women's golf team finished the UNG Match Play Event this afternoon by taking fifth-place after defeating Columbus State and West Georgia. After being postponed last night due to darkness, GVSU resumed their matchup against Columbus State. The Lakers were able to pull out a 4-1 victory. Winning for the Lakers were Olivia Stoll , Megan Miron , Paula Badino , and Rachael Krieger . Stoll had the low round of 73, as she won her matchup by one stroke.
