Men’s Tennis: Hurlbut Earns CCC Rookie of the Week Nod

BEVERLY, Mass. – The Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) named Will Hurlbut as conference’s Men’s Tennis Rookie of the Week. Hurlbut went unbeaten on the week a pair of wins in singles play, beating his opponents at No. 5 singles, 6-1, 6-1 against Western New England, and 6-1, 6-0 against Colby-Sawyer. Hurlbut and his double partner Ryan Carroll also went 2-0 in their pair of matches at the No. 1 doubles spot, with 8-3 wins and 8-4 wins over WNE and Colby-Sawyer respectively.
