ADRIAN, Mich. — The Adrian College softball team hosted #1 Trine University for an MIAA conference doubleheader on Tuesday evening. The Bulldogs were taken down by the Thunder in game one, 5-1. In the second game Adrian battled back to tie the game in the top of the seventh, but lost on a wild pitch allowing the runner on third base to advance and score, losing 3-2.
