Softball Sweeps New Jersey City

JERSEY CITY, N.J. – The William Paterson softball team (2-18, 2-6 NJAC) swept New Jersey City (6-13, 1-7 NJAC), defeating the Gothic Knights 5-2 and 9-1 on April 9. GAME ONE HOW IT HAPPENED: Sophomore Lilah Guthy (East Stroudsburg, Pa./Stroudsburg) opened the first inning with a single to right and advanced to second on a walk by senior Gianna Mulato (Pompton Plains, N.J./Pequannock Twp.).
