Softball Topped in Doubleheader at Franklin

The Hope College softball team’s four-game winning streak was snapped with 6-1 and 4-3 losses at Franklin College (Ind.) during a non-league doubleheader on Tuesday. The Flying Dutch (16-9 overall) return to action on Saturday, April 13, at 1 p.m. with an MIAA doubleheader against Albion College at Wolter Stadium. Franklin (15-5) homered three times during the two games, including one in each game from leadoff batter Eriana Wagner.
