Tyler Palmer named WHL Goalie of the Week
EVERETT, Wash. -- Everett Silvertips goaltender Tyler Palmer has been named Western Hockey League Goaltender of the Week for the week ending Apr. 7. Palmer, an '03-born Fernie, B.C. native, appeared in three games over the last week, posting three victories with a 0.67 goals-against average and a .975 save percentage. He turned aside 30 of 31 shots in Game 3 at Langley Events Centre, followed up by a 24-for-25 outing in Game 4 on Friday.
