Wilson Named Finalist for Murphy Osborne Award

GREENVILLE, S.C. – Earlier today the Conference Carolinas office announced the finalist for the annual Murphy Osborne Award, Converse University senior women's basketball player Sydney Wilson was named as a finalist for the award. Over her three-year career at Converse, Wilson played in 81 games and made 68 starts for the Valkyries women's basketball team. The senior accumulated 1,044 points, 573 rebounds, 98 assists, 66 steals and 57 blocks during her career for the Purple and Gold.
