#7 Garnet Chargers pull ahead in second half, beat Thoroughbreds 15-8

SCHENECTADY, N.Y. – The Skidmore College men’s lacrosse team was tied with nationally seventh-ranked Union College at halftime (5-5), but the Garnet Chargers scored the first seven goals of the second half and defeated the Thoroughbreds 15-8 in a Liberty League showdown. Union opened the game with three straight goals with the first coming 1:04 into the action and the other two just 1:28 apart past the midway point.
