Central lands four on football Hampshire Society list
PELLA— Four Central College seniors were added to the school’s state-leading number of National Football Foundation Hampshire Society members Wednesday. The Hampshire Society, in its 18th year, recognizes senior football players who are starters or significant reserves and carry a cumulative grade point average of 3.20 or higher. Cited for the Dutch are strong safety Cameron Bannister (5th-year, State Center, West Marshall HS) , tight end Nik Coble (senior, Crawfordsville, WACO HS) , wide receiver Jeff Herbers (5th-year, Urbandale, Des Moines Christian HS) and linebacker Brody Klein (senior, Rainier, Wash.)
