Coker Splits On Road vs. Newberry

The Coker University Softball traveled to face Newberry on the road in a South Atlantic Conference matchup. Game 1 Coker got off to a strong start in the first inning, scoring two runs thanks to a single by Abbie McCants that brought in Ariana Fair and Kelsi Scott. Scott, Fair, and McCants led the offensive effort for Coker going a combined 7 for 11 with 5 RBIs.
