Espinosa-Ponce’s Career Day Leads Pride to Win Over Sweet Briar

Sweet Briar, VA – The Greensboro Women’s Lacrosse team earned their first win of the season on Tuesday as they defeated Sweet Briar College 15-13. It was a career day for Rosanna Espinosa-Ponce , as she scored a career high nine goals. She also had two ground balls. Greensboro found themselves down 4-3 after one quarter of play, but then tied the game in the second quarter on a goal by Grace Dobson .
