Men’s Lacrosse Wins Third in a Row

A strong beginning and a strong ending gave the Muhlenberg men’s lacrosse team a big 10-8 win at Ursinus. The victory was the third straight for the Mules (6-7, 3-2) heading into Saturday’s game at nationally ranked Gettysburg. Muhlenberg scored nine of its 10 goals in the first and fourth quarters. The Mules did allow the first two goals of the game and the last two, but for the bulk of the game – the middle 52 minutes – the defense was outstanding, letting in only four goals.
