USA Lacrosse Tabs Emily Mitarotonda as NCAA DII Player of the Week
SPARKS, Md. – After registering a career-best 10 goals on her senior day, USA Lacrosse announced that East Stroudsburg University's Emily Mitarotonda was named the NCAA Division II Women's Lacrosse Player of the Week. In two contests against Bloomsburg and Shippensburg, Mitarotonda compiled 12 goals and three assists for 15 points. She scooped 10 ground balls and 12 draw controls while causing seven turnovers.
