Huntington Beach, Orange Lutheran baseball teams reach NHSI semifinals

Huntington Beach and Orange Lutheran have advanced to the National High School Invitational semifinals. Huntington Beach will play Corona on Friday at 11:30 1.m. PDT at the USA Baseball Complex in Cary, N.C. Orange Lutheran will play Harvard-Westlake at 3 p.m. PDT. Orange Lutheran lost to Harvard-Westlake 2-1 last week at Hart Park. Huntington Beach lost to Corona 4-2 in the season-opening Prep Baseball California tournament in February. Huntington Beach has won the NHSI twice, including last year.
