Henderson reaches NCAA mark, wins heptathlon
Results SELINSGROVE, Pa. (April 12) – California (PA) senior Kat Henderson reached the NCAA provisional standard while winning the heptathlon on Friday at the River Hawk Multi hosted by Susquehanna. Henderson totaled a personal-best 4,576 points across seven events over two days. She won the heptathlon for the first time in her career while recording the highest point total in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) this spring.
