NEW YORK -- Freshman guard Jahnel Lewis (Jersey City, N.J.) today was named to the Metropolitan Basketball Writers Association Division II First Team, following an outstanding 2023-24 season which saw the point guard lead the team and rank third in the conference in scoring (16.6 ppg) and eighth in assists (3.4). Lewis, a Second Team All-CACC performer, was also ninth in the league in teals (1.9).
