Men’s, Women’s Hoops Add All-Met Honors to Growing List of Postseason Awards

White Plains, N.Y. - The Met Basketball Writers Association has announced its All-Met Division II First and Second Team players for the 2023-24 season. Three Panthers earned the honor this week for their contributions on the court this year. Sophomore guard Dayshaun Walton was Adelphi's only All-Met First Team representative. Walton started 27 of 28 games as one of the team's leading scorers. He averaged 16.0 points, 6.2 rebounds and 3.7 assists per game, while ranking eighth in the NE10 in assists and sitting just outside the league's Top 10 leaders in scoring.
