MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. – The Michigan State women's tennis team took an early lead securing the doubles point against Minnesota on Friday afternoon, but falls short on the road, 4-2. The Spartans (10-12, 1-7 B1G) began the dual dominating on the double courts. On court one, Ayshe Can and Liisa Vehvilainen rolled through the pairing of Anali Kocevar and Emma Belluomini, 6-1. The point was clinched over on court three, the duo of Nicole Conard and Matilde Morais would ease their way through Zeyneb Sarioglan and Aiva Schmitz, 6-1.
