Noblet breaks school record in javelin
SEWANEE, Tenn. – Senior Drew Noblet broke the school record in the javelin and freshman Stephen Goetze finished fifth in the same event while freshman Eleanor Graham placed sixth in the 3000-meters for the Sewanee track and field teams Friday at the 2 nd Annual Scots Invitational in Maryville, Tenn. Noblet eclipsed the school record in the javelin with a winning throw of 186-feet, 7-inches and now leads the SAA by nine feet. The Waxhaw, N.C., native also ranks 24 th nationally in the event.
