AZUSA, Calif. Allison Beasley on Thursday put on an impressive showing on the opening day of the Bryan Clay Invitational hosted by Azusa Pacific University. Running a time of 10 minutes, 12.21 seconds in the 3,000-meter steeplechase, Beasley not only secured an outright personal best but is now the third-fastest Mountaineer to ever compete in the event — even surpassing head coach, Western standout and former national champion in the event, Jennifer Michel.
