JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Wildcats continued the wins in league play Friday night. Fort Valley State gave up its first set in SIAC play, but took care of host Edward Waters, 3-1, in men's volleyball. Leading 15-14 in the first set, FVSU (14-8/9-0 SIAC) ran off the next four points capped by a Chey Cooper kill before it went on for the 25-20 final. Edward Waters (12-15/8-2 SIAC) turned a 17-13 lead into a 23-14 advantage of the eventual 25-17 second set to tie the night at 1-1.
