Wolves Fall Behind Late in 2-1 Loss against Saints

NEWBERRY – The Newberry College baseball team (19-21, 13-9 SAC) fell to the Saints of Limestone University (19-21, 9-12 SAC) 2-1 Friday evening at the Smith Rd. Complex. Senior right hander Matias Marchesini went 7.2 innings, striking out four Saints. Junior outfielder Donovan Ford went 3-4 at the plate with a run scored.
