Baseball Loses One, Wins One in Doubleheader Against Springfield
SPRINGFIELD, MA – Emerson baseball visited NEWMAC opponents Springfield College on Saturday afternoon for a doubleheader. The two teams split their match-ups, with Springfield taking the first game 13-0 via mercy rule in seven innings and Emerson taking the second game 4-3 after putting together a late-inning rally. The results put Emerson’s record at 5-17 (2-7 NEWMAC) and Springfield’s at 14-12 (1-6 NEWMAC).
