AMERICUS, Ga. - The Columbus State University baseball team defeated Peach Belt Conference rival Georgia Southwestern State University in the second game of the series on Saturday evening. The Cougars out-hit the Hurricanes 7-6 in the victory and Johnny Dow received the win on the mound after pitching 6.1 innings and recording three strikeouts.
