Lady Tigers Take Two Of Three From Savannah State

COLUMBIA, S.C. – The Benedict College Lady Tigers rallied in both games to sweep a doubleheader over Savannah State University in SIAC softball action on Friday afternoon at Tiger Field, then dropped the third game of the series on Saturday afternoon. The Lady Tigers scored 11 runs in the fifth and sixth innings of the first game to take an 18-11 victory. Jasmine Cadore hit a one-out single to score the winning run in the bottom of the seventh in the second game for a 9-8 victory.
