Ley, LaPlaca Lead Saints in Loss at Rochester
Neve Ley and Jessica LaPlaca each had three goals for the St. Lawrence University women’s lacrosse team, as they fell 15-10 at the University of Rochester, Saturday afternoon at Favour Stadium. Ley’s big day was shown in other aspects of the game as well. The junior from Weyland, Mass. also had three ground balls, four draw controls, and two caused turnovers. Kelsey Roth had two goals on the day, while Ellie Camp and Phoebe Spaeth both scored once.
