Lyndaker Trounces 5000m Program Record on Day One at Bucknell
Nick Lyndaker has brought his record-breaking ways to the outdoor track, setting his fourth program record of the season with a St. Lawrence-best time in the 5000m on day one of the Bison Outdoor Classic. His record time of 14:16.16 was also a personal best, and eclipsed the previous program-best mark of 14:23.21 by over six seconds. That mark was set on April 16, 2016 by Thomas Caulfield.
