Men’s Tennis Drop a Home Match to Vassar

ITHACA, N.Y. – The Ithaca College men’s tennis team hosted Vassar College on Saturday evening for a Liberty League match that was played in the Reis Tennis Center on the campus of Cornell University. The Bombers were able to score two victories in doubles play but ultimately fell 6-3 to Vassar. The loss drops Ithaca to 6-9 overall and 2-4 within the Liberty League while the Brewers improved to 3-1 in conference and 9-4 overall. In the No. 1 doubles slot, Gijs Fidler and Emiliano Pedrero teamed up for a dominant 8-3 victory over Arun Guruswamy and M. Sondergaard Jense.…
