The change in venus did not deter Cara Pellechia on Saturday as she cleared 3.63m to set a new Fredonia State mark in the outdoor pole vault. Pellechia cleared 3.18m on her first try, then 3.33m on her next vault. She would pass on 3.48m, and elect to try 3.63m (11’11”).
