RPI Men’s Track & Field Wins Friday Night Under the Lights Meet

TROY, N.Y.- The Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) men’s track & field team took first place overall at the RPI Friday Night Under the Lights meet at Harkness Field. The Engineers claimed victories in 10 different individual events on the night, with Cortez Garrett and Tristan Mangin leading the group with two first place finishes each. Garrett swept the men’s hurdling events, as he took first in the 110-meter (15.23 seconds) and 400-meter (54.64 seconds) hurdle distances.
