Softball Earns First NJAC Sweep Since 2012, Tops Newark in Road Twinbill
NEWARK, N.J. — For the first time since 2009, the New Jersey City University softball program has won at least three games in New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) play. The Gothic Knights today, Saturday, April 13, squared off with Rutgers-Newark for a pair of games on the road and defeated the Scarlet Raiders in both, 4-1 in game one and an 11-2 five-inning victory in game two.
