Women’s Lacrosse Falls to #17 York
ST. DAVIDS,Pa.– Eastern University Women’s Lacrosse (2-9, 0-3) was unable to beat a tough York College of Pennsylvania defense and dropped a 20-0 decision to the 17th ranked Spartans. Marcianna Tavani made 12 stops in goal for the Eagles. The visiting Spartans (7-6, 3-0) had played a veritable who’s who of nationally-ranked teams in the early season, and were able to capitalize on early possessions with good shots.
