Women’s tennis falls at UDC
WASHINGTON, D.C. -- The Kutztown University women's tennis tell dropped a non-conference match at the University of the District of Columbia, 7-0, Saturday afternoon. UDC jumped out to a quick 1-0 lead after sweeping doubles before taking all six singles matches in straight sets. The Golden Bears (6-6) took two games at first doubles where Alejandra Vera (Manta, Ecuador/Unidad Educativa Particular) and Emma Semery (Fuveau, France/HDN Academy) fell against Laura Marie and Sofia Bellucco, 6-2.
