JACKSON, Miss. | The Alabama A&M University baseball team jumped out to a six-run lead through two innings but couldn’t hold on as Jackson State rallied and scored the game-winning run in the bottom of the ninth when Robert Tate Jr. was hit by a pitch with the bases loaded for the walk-off, 9-8, victory in a Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) game on Sunday at Braddy Field.
