Marywood Falls to Centenary in Series Finale
Scranton, Pa. – In the last game of three against Centenary (11-18, 4-8 AEC), the Pacers (16-8, 5-4 AEC) hosted the Cyclones, Marywood came up just short in their comeback attempt, dropping the game 6-5. The Cyclones opened up the scoring this afternoon, as a fielding error allowed the first run to cross in the top of the first inning. The Pacers would quickly answer with one of their own in the bottom of the first. Max Slusser singled into center, driving in Vinny D’Auria to make it 1-1.
