LORMAN, Miss. –Prairie View A&M received contributions from every part of their lineup, as all nine starters reached base safely, helping the Panthers put 11 runs on the board and defeat the Alcorn State Braves 11-4 Sunday. Sophomore Tyson Carlton (1-3) started on the mound and picked up the win for Prairie View A&M (17-21, 8-7). The right-hander went six innings, giving up two runs, one earned, on nine hits, allowing four walks and striking out six.
