Thoroughbreds Stifle Red Dragons in Non-Conference Action
SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. – The Oneonta women’s lacrosse team suffered a 21-6 non-conference loss to Skidmore on Sunday afternoon. The Red Dragons fall to 4-9 overall, while the Thoroughbreds move to 6-7. Skidmore started the first quarter on a 7-0 run, with six different Thoroughbreds finding the back of the net. Oneonta got on the board when junior Elizabeth Doherty (Miller Place, NY/Miller Place) scored an unassisted goal at 1:14 to make it 7-1.
