Throwers Shine for Women’s Track & Field at Minnesota State Open
MANKATO, Minn. – The University of Minnesota Morris women’s track & field team was back at it on Saturday at the Minnesota State Open, which featured a large field of NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, and NAIA competition. The Cougars had their best showings of the day in field events, with two performances going into the program’s record book. In the javelin, Kassidy Siedow had the seventh-best throw in program history with a throw of 116-7 (35.54m) to place sixth overall.
